These exclusive machines, not available with competitors or in the Middle East, are distinguished by their precision, especially in measuring the clearance gap to ensure accurate fitting.
Drilling and boring machine (DIAMANT)
4-axis CNC machining center with moving gantry structure. Designed for drilling, milling, thread cutting and cutting at angle any from 0° to 180° on bars or workpieces of aluminium, light alloys in general and steel. The moving part of the machine consists of a gantry with precision rack and pinion drive. The high power 7,5 kW electrically-driven spindle with HSK-63F tool holder allows machining operations
cutting machine (PRECISION TS2)..
A dual-head cutting machine with three controlled axes, featuring automatic head movement and electronic management of angles from 45 degrees (internal) to 15 degrees (external). It uses pneumatic cylinders to feed the blades, with a blade size of 550 mm. Available for cutting lengths of 5 or 6 meters.
